CBT, IndividualLook® & Fast Track Packages for PRODEFIS TPMS
prodefis has released new modules for its evidence-based training (EBT) system TPMS.
The CBT module provides full support for competency-based training and allows combining it with the EBT features of the system.
The IndividualLook® module automatically generates tailored training and check syllabus on a pilot basis by looking into individual performance history.
The new “Fast Track Packages”, intended to boost the implementation of AQP and ATQP. These modules contain a detailed, generic, ready-to-use task-analysis for selected Boeing and Airbus fleets including complementary consulting services to adapt the generic task-analysis to an airline’s SOPs and OMs, and if required to additional fleets.

airberlin group Selects PRODEFIS TPMS as its Evidence-Based Training Solution
A long-term contract for PRODEFIS TPMS was signed between airberlin group, one of the major European airlines, and prodefis. It allows airberlin group to move to evidence-based training according to ATQP (EU-OPS 1.978).
PRODEFIS TPMS, the Training and Performance Monitoring System, covers all training-related activities for training managers, instructors/ examiners and trainees while streamlining the coordination and communication with the planning and scheduling teams. TPMS is also an all-in-one IT solution for airlines applying EBT (Evidence-Based Training), CBT (Competency-Based Training), ATQP (Alternative Training & Qualification Programme), AQP (Advanced Qualification Program).

Automation Module for PRODEFIS COURSE
This module of COURSE reduces costs significantly. It automatically assigns crew members to courses and simulator sessions while considering qualification requirements and expiries, existing rosters and other parameters.
HR Extender Integrated in PRODEFIS COURSE
This new module is the perfect add-on for COURSE customers using their own or third party HR/staff management systems. It extends those systems by adding new features such as electronic personnel files, extended qualification management and additional reports.
prodefis adds Hybrid SaaS to the Delivery Models
prodefis is pleased to announce that it offers a Hybrid SaaS option for its leading-edge integrated software products. The airlines can now choose between the traditional license model and the prodefis Hybrid SaaS model.
In order to align our delivery model with our customers’ needs we’ve introduced the Hybrid SaaS model. The airlines can use our software as a service.
Additionally – and this is unique – our software can be integrated with the airlines operations systems running at their sites, if required even in real-time. This Hybrid SaaS combines the benefits from both delivery models. It offers the flexibility of a license model at the costs of a SaaS model.
This delivery model opens up new possibilities for the airlines. For example an airline could start using our training management systems within days. The seamless integration with its operations systems over the internet could be implemented at a later point of time. It also enables prodefis to provide more flexibility to the airlines by offering trial operations. Once an airline is convinced of our products it can switch from a trial to a regular operation. The transition from one operation mode to the other one is just a matter of changing configuration parameters.
