Berlin/Istanbul, 01.10.2026 – prodefis has signed an agreement with Redstar Aviation, a Turkish ambulance operator, to digitalize and streamline the company’s training, qualification, and compliance management processes.
Founded in 1989 as Türkiye’s first civilian air ambulance operator, Redstar Aviation has become an internationally recognized provider of aeromedical services. Based in Istanbul, the company provides air ambulances, medical escorts, evacuation and repatriation, organ transportation, air taxi, and other specialized aviation services to clients worldwide.
After carefully assessing its operational and functional requirements, Redstar Aviation decided on prodefis because of the flexibility and scalability of the PRODEFIS platform, the strong training and qualification management capabilities it offers, and the fact that only prodefis has proven able to adapt the solution to match Redstar Aviation’s multifaceted workflows.
The implementation will include PRODEFIS TPMS for training and assessment management and PRODEFIS E-FILE for digital qualification and personnel records. An interface with Redstar Aviation’s LEON aviation management system will enable integrated data flow and reduce manual administration.
The implementation is already underway, with the prodefis and Redstar Aviation teams collaborating to configure the platform, integrate systems, and prepare users for the transition away from their current tools.
This partnership expands prodefis’ international customer base and strengthens its presence in Türkiye and within the specialized aviation services sector.
